For more detailed and injury or trauma related work - 90 minute sessions are optimal. Swedish: General overall relaxation easing muscle aches and pains. Reflexology: Stimulating pressure points on the feet, hands or ears. Treatments rely on “reflex zones,” to invigorate, relax and return body organ systems to homeostasis. Polarity: Balances the energetic & emotional systems of the body back into homeostasis, increasing energy and vitality, while defusing stress. Lymphatic: Ultra light massage stimulating the bodies own natural healing process through lymph drainage. Maternity Massage: Intergrates a variety of techniques depending on where you are in your pregnancy, most often utilizing Reflexology, Swedish, and very light acupressure. 90 Minute Therapeutic/Integrative Therapies $85.00 - Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy: For those hard to reach muscles, uses trigger points, muscle stripping, deep massage, and stretching to release tension spots deep in the muscles.
- Acupressure/Tui'na: Asian styles of massage restoring energy to the body by stimulating meridian points or energy channels; releasing blocked energy along these channels restores balance and relieves various symptoms.
- Blended Muscle Energy/Intuitive Massage: Non-invasive integrated energy-based touch therapy which combines components, based on client needs, of Polarity, CranialSacral Therapy, Healing Touch, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Positional Releasing, Swedish, and Aromatherapy.
